These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made through the website gambiko.com between Bilal El Boughlamy, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), SIREN 884 423 138 (SIRET 884 423 138 00020), 138 avenue de Lodève, 34070 Montpellier, France (“Gambiko”, “we”, “us”), and individuals buying as consumers and living in the United Kingdom or Ireland (“you”). Contact: contact@gambiko.com.
By placing your order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The version in force on the date of your order applies. They can be viewed at any time on this website, and you can save or print them.
The main characteristics of each product (materials, dimensions, what's in the box) are set out on its product page. The photos show the products as accurately as possible; slight differences in colour may occur depending on your screen. Products are offered while our suppliers have them in stock. If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will tell you and refund you without delay.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling for delivery to the United Kingdom and in euros for delivery to Ireland. Gambiko is not registered for VAT in France and does not charge French VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Standard delivery to the United Kingdom and Ireland is free. The total price, including delivery and any taxes due, is shown before you confirm your order, and that is the price you pay.
You choose your products, check your basket, enter your contact details and delivery address, and choose how to pay. Before paying, you can review the details and total price of your order and correct any input errors. The contract is formed when you confirm your order by clicking the button to place your order and your payment is accepted. We then send you a confirmation email summarising your order. The contract is concluded in English. We do not file a separate copy of the contract for you; you receive the order details in the confirmation email, and these Terms and Conditions remain available on this page.
Payment is made securely online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) or using the other payment methods offered at checkout. We never have access to your full card details. Your payment is taken when your order is processed.
Products are delivered to the address you give in the United Kingdom or Ireland. The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page; see our Delivery page for timescales and details. If no date is given, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed. If we fail to do so, you can give us a reasonable further period to deliver and, if we still do not deliver, cancel the contract; we will then refund everything you have paid within 14 days. The products are your responsibility from the moment you, or someone you nominate, take possession of them.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. You pay the cost of returning the products, unless they are faulty, not as described, or we made a mistake with your order. Full details, the model cancellation form and our refund terms are on our Returns and Refunds page.
All products bought from Gambiko must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge, and in some cases to a price reduction or a full refund. These rights come from the consumer law of the country where you live: in the United Kingdom, mainly the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in Ireland, mainly the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
To use these rights, contact us at contact@gambiko.com with your order number and a description of the problem, ideally with photos.
For any questions or complaints, email contact@gambiko.com or use our contact page. We aim to reply within two working days.
The data collected when you place an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
