Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Other delivery countries are shown at checkout when available.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom and Ireland is free, with no minimum order. The total amount, including delivery and any taxes due, is shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery times

Each product page shows an estimated delivery date, calculated for that product. This includes processing your order (usually 1 working day) and transport. The date shown on the product page is the one that applies.

Some bulky or fragile items, such as tables, large boxes and some glass or lacquered sets, can take several weeks. The date shown on their product page takes this into account.

Our items are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses, in Asia or in Europe depending on the product. If you order several items, you may receive several parcels at different times.

We will deliver on the date or within the period stated when you order. If no period is stated, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed. If we miss this deadline, you can give us a reasonable further period to deliver and, if we still do not deliver, cancel the contract. We will then refund everything you have paid within 14 days at the latest.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. If the tracking has not changed for several days, email us at contact@gambiko.com with your order number.

Damaged, incomplete or lost parcels

The goods are your responsibility from the moment you take possession of them. If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, take photos of the parcel and the product and contact us promptly with your order number: we will arrange a replacement or a refund. A parcel lost in transit will be replaced or refunded.

Payment

Payment is made securely online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) or using the other payment methods offered at checkout. We never have access to your full card details. Your payment is taken when your order is processed.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling for the United Kingdom and in euros for Ireland. Gambiko does not charge French VAT, under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (micro-entrepreneur scheme).
