Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom and the equivalent rules in Ireland.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Bilal El Boughlamy, sole trader (EI), 138 avenue de Lodève, 34070 Montpellier, France, email: contact@gambiko.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also tell us through our contact page; if you do, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay (for example, by email). Please include your order number and the items concerned.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice that you are cancelling before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us that you are cancelling this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we made a mistake with your order.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not match its description, contact us with your order number and photos: we will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund. These rights are in addition to your right to cancel and are described in our Terms and Conditions. They do not affect your statutory rights.
